München – Bayern’s Minister President Markus Söder (CSU) has criticized the behavior of Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz (SPD) in crisis situations. „Unfortunately, what we have to say to Olaf Scholz is that he is a poor crisis manager,“ Söder told RTL and ntv on Monday. „Crisis management includes not only preparing decisions in back rooms, but also communicating with the people, taking them along, and there is a complete absence of that.“ Söder said that Scholz should prepare people for these difficult times, which he fails to do.
The CSU politician also criticized the insufficient number of deportations, in his opinion. „In the end, Germany’s commitment to deportations is not recognizable at all. We should make corresponding agreements with the countries. For example, the Maghreb, Turkey, there is a complete absence so far.“
